The AutoCAD DWF format is a great way to get CAD quality print without a CAD program. Using Autodesk's DWF viewer you can print to any printer at near the same quality of the CAD file. Since I print all of my CAD files to a 11x17 laser printer I naturally set up most of my file to print in that format. To get the best quality I would print to a laser printer, although an inkjet printer will work. If you have access to a network copier you might be able to get 11x17 prints.
